It’s called The Original MOB (Movement of Belonging) because it all starts within. The extent to which we feel a sense of belonging out there is limited by the extent to which we feel at home in our own skin. Belonging to Self drives the outcomes in every other area of our lives.

Even after two decades of “self-help” efforts, life was somehow “less than” what I wanted it to be, how I knew it could be. I dipped in and out of addictive behaviors, unhealthy relationships, depression, anxiety. You know the drill.
Then I discovered a missing ingredient. Movement. But not just any movement. It was how I interacted with movement, how I invited movement experiments into my everyday life, how I let movement move me. I didn’t invent this idea, but it does feel like my own personal gold rush:
How we move in our bodies is how we move in our minds, in our Everything.
Let’s investigate like curious self-scientists, exploring the widths and depths of what is alive for you. We will be structured and sloppy, serious and silly, maybe even sacred and sappy. Because it all belongs.
