Cure for the Afternoon Draggg

Hope your day is bringing you exactly what you need. Maybe this quick post will be part of that!


If you’re like me, you start off strong, with a sense of big potential (and maybe some coffee) propelling you into action. But after lunch, you begin to draggggggg. And the distractions multiply. 


Are you open to testing a possible solution?


When I make the effort to peel myself away from the screens for just 1-2 minutes of movement, everything changes. The shift may be subtle, but opens the door to fresh momentum. Taking that very first step to prioritize You and Your Energy is the toughest - the rest is smooooth like buttah, cascading dominoes, the dam breaking… you get the idea.

Yesterday I posted a mid-day movement experiment guided by yours truly. And I will be posting more of them. 


These quickies are meant to inspire you to move, maybe in ways new to you. They also invite you to get curious about how particular qualities can be applied to the rest of your life.
