Hereโs an exercise to practice being the Creative Agents of Ourselves!

Look at your life.
With gentle, kind curiosity.
๐ฌ๏ธ Maybe take a full, deep breath. Settle into yourself.
Then ask - without attachment - What feels like it does not Belongโ
See if something bubbles to the surface.
No? Try asking - ever so softly - What feels constricting, even claustrophobicโ
Let yourself be surprised. ๐ฎ
And nowโฆ
EXPERIMENT. How might you craft a mini โtaste testโ for life without that thing/ situation/ habit/ person/ place? What could you do for a temporary time-out of just a few days - or even a few minutes?
Put your lab goggles on and be an objective scientist of your internal Selves; there are no wrong answers, only new information.
