Identifying Self-Imposed Constraints

Hereโ€™s an exercise to practice being the Creative Agents of Ourselves!

๐Ÿ”Ž๐Ÿ”Ž๐Ÿ”Ž

Look at your life.

With gentle, kind curiosity.

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Maybe take a full, deep breath. Settle into yourself.

Then ask - without attachment - What feels like it does not Belongโ“

See if something bubbles to the surface.

No? Try asking - ever so softly - What feels constricting, even claustrophobicโ“

Let yourself be surprised. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

And nowโ€ฆ

EXPERIMENT. How might you craft a mini โ€œtaste testโ€ for life without that thing/ situation/ habit/ person/ place? What could you do for a temporary time-out of just a few days - or even a few minutes?

Put your lab goggles on and be an objective scientist of your internal Selves; there are no wrong answers, only new information.

๐Ÿ”ฌโ“๐Ÿ”ฌ

Even the most impossible, unchangeable situations have taste tests available.

Sometimes coming back home to Self requires some uncaged creativity.

All progress begins by telling the truth.
